4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Report any unauthorised access immediately.
5. Direct vs Regular plans
Invesaur distributes Regular plan schemes and may receive trail commission from AMCs. Direct plans (no commission) are also available directly from AMC websites.
6. Prohibited activities
The platform may not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of liability
Neither Visubaba Platform Limited nor Visubaba Technologies Pvt Ltd is liable for investment losses, market fluctuations, or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
