1. Operating entities
Invesaur is operated by Visubaba Platform Limited (technology service provider). Mutual fund distribution services on the platform are provided by Visubaba Technologies Pvt Ltd, AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-341017).
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly: name, email, phone, PAN, address, bank details, nominee details, and KYC documents. Usage data: device, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the platform.
3. How we use your information
To create and operate your investment account, route orders to BSE Star MF, comply with KYC/PMLA requirements, and meet AMFI/SEBI reporting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data security
Sensitive fields (e.g. bank account numbers) are encrypted at rest. Communications use TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. KYC & regulatory compliance
KYC information is mandatory for mutual fund investments under SEBI/AMFI rules and is shared with the relevant Asset Management Companies, KYC Registration Agencies, and regulators as required by law.
